Service Overview
Jabal Al-Faw provides comprehensive valve management, overhaul, testing, and calibration services for onshore and offshore facilities across Libya. With fully equipped mobile testing workshops and fixed service facilities, our certified technicians execute on-site and in-shop refurbishments, seat machining, stem replacements, actuator servicing, and pressure safety valve (PSV) recertifications in compliance with API 598 and API 527.
Scope of Services
- Mobile Testing Workshops: Fully equipped mobile test units performing on-site testing, hydrostatic verification, and calibration in field locations.
- Safety Relief Valves (PSV / SRV): Testing, pop-pressure setting, seat lapping, recalibration, and certification to API 527 standards.
- Control & Actuated Valves: Overhaul and calibration of pneumatic, hydraulic, and motor-operated valves (MOVs), positioners, and actuators.
- Isolation & Manual Valves: Disassembly, cleaning, body inspection, machining, seat re-lapping, and re-packing of ball, gate, globe, and check valves.
- Hydrostatic & Seat Leak Testing: High-pressure shell and seat testing in strict accordance with API 598 / ISO 5208 standards.
- Online Lubrication & Emergency Sealing: High-pressure seal sealant injection, stem packing injection, and emergency leak containment.
